BT services at a reduced rate
We are pleased to be able to offer you all the BT services at a reduced rate. The services remain the same and BT still installs all new services as well as maintaining the existing ones. The only difference is that the bill for the service comes from us instead of BT. Transfer your BT telephone lines to Communicoms and save money on line rental and call charges. Transfers are seamless, and upon transfer all of your calls are routed via our Tier-1 carriers, giving you access to business-quality, low cost telephone calls.

How does this work?
Communicoms will buy your landline from BT at a wholesale price and sell it back to you at reduced cost.
Communicoms provides first-line customer service and includes the line rental on the customer's single bill, while BT continues to provide maintenance backup. You will have one point of access to our support and customer service team and won't have to go through the numerous menu options on you phone to get information you need.
Four product families are available to transfer from BT:

• Analogue PSTN (Single Line and Multiline Aux)
• Digital ISDN2e (Standard, System and Highway)
• Digital ISDN30

0800 Numbers
0800 numbers allow your customers and prospective customers to call you at no cost to them. You pick up the cost of the call thereby promoting customer loyalty and showing your customers that you are committed to them.
Our 0800 numbers can only be directed to UK landline telephone numbers - we can not provide 0800 phone numbers for re-direction to mobile phone numbers.

0845 Numbers (previuosly known as Lo-Call or Local rate)
If you would like to reduce the costs further, we offer 0845, which costs the caller 3.36 ppm (BT). We can divert this number to your ordinary business telephone number. The advantage of using an 0845 number is to enable your business to provide a single contact number that can be easily diverted to new telephone numbers if the business moves location or service provider. 0845 Numbers can also be supplied with online statistics that allow comapnies to monitor the volume of calls.
Our 0845 numbers can only be directed to UK landline telephone numbers - we can not provide 0845 phone numbers for re-direction to mobile phone numbers.

0870 / 0871 Numbers (previously known as National Rate)
Free UK 0870 Non-Geographic numbers
Don't be tied to your geographic location. 0870 numbers give you a national presence. 0870 numbers can be called from anywhere worldwide. Your 0870 destination number can easily be changed if you move. We also pay you a rebate everytime somebody calls your 0870 / 0871 number.
Our 0870 numbers can only be directed to UK landline telephone numbers - we can not provide 0870 phone numbers for re-direction to mobile phone numbers.

09XX - Premium Rate
Premuim rate numbers enable you to make additional revenue from calls made to your organisation or service. You decide how much you wish to charge your caller and we will allocate you a number or number range to use with your service.
